Background

The Utah CCIM Chapter awards three Named Endowed Scholarships annually: The Wally Woodbury Scholarship, the Joseph Florence Scholarship, and the Vasilios Priskos Scholarship. These scholarships were created by the Utah CCIM Chapter with matching funds provided by the CCIM Foundation to honor those who have shown great dedication, commitment, outstanding achievement, and service to the commercial real estate industry in Utah.

About the CCIM Foundation

The Utah CCIM Chapter Named Endowed Scholarships are made possible through the CCIM Foundation. The CCIM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Mission of the CCIM Foundation is to advance and foster commercial real estate education through scholarships, programs, and initiatives. 

Scholarship Program Guidelines ($1000 toward CCIM Course)

The Named Endowed Scholarships were created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM designation. Applicants should exemplify the high caliber of professionals that comprise the CCIM Institute.

Scholarship Selection Criteria 

Includes the following:

• Applicant should be able to demonstrate a commitment to a commercial real estate career (see application).

• Applicant should be able to demonstrate active involvement as a current member with the Utah CCIM Chapter.

Scholarship Value

Recipient will receive $1,000 to offset the cost of one of the following CCIM designation courses: CI 101, CI 102, CI 103 or CI 104. The scholarship must be used in 2024.

Procedure

1. Fill out application completely. 2. Upload a copy of your 1-page resume. 3. Submit your application. Applications are submitted directly to the Utah CCIM Chapter via the Application Button below.

January 10, 2024

Recipient Notification

Notified by January 15 via email and recognized at the 2024 CCIM Real Con Event in January.
